  1.  
  2.        The following individuals agree to join a lottery pool for
  3. the month of December 1995, 1995, for the purpose of jointly
  4. playing the Georgia State Lottery: 
  5. Deborah Rigdon, Cheryl Perkins & Shirley Wilkinson 
  6. and the following games of the Georgia State lottery: 
  7. Lotto 
  8.  
  9. and designate, Deborah Rigdon as the Lottery Pool Manager for this
  10.  month. Each participant shall be liable to contribute  $5.00 per
  11. game played. 
  12. Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the purchase
  13. of tickets at least 24 hours prior to the closing time for
  14. purchase of tickets for each game. 
  15. In the event that a person does not do so, they shall nevertheless
  16. be liable to pay in their share of the money used, if a ticket or
  17. ticket is purchased for them. 
  18. In the event that any prizes are won, the pool manager, who shall
  19. serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the prize among
  20. the participants, deducting any amount owed for a failure to pay a
  21. required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE
  22. CONSIDERED TO BE HELP IN TRUST FOR THE POOL BY THE MANAGER. 
  23. This agreement shall not automatically renew and shall expire at
  24. the end of the month stated. 
  25. In the event of a prize being won in excess of $ 10,000, and
  26. settlement options are provided, the vote of the majority of the
  27. pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the pool
  28. manager shall decide. 
  29. Any member may withdraw by written notice to the pool manager, and
  30. the pool shall thereupon end, but shall remain in effect for the
  31. past games played as a pool.

  33. This is the entire agreement of the parties and there are no
  34. agreements express or implied not stated herein. This agreement
  35. may only be altered in writing signed by all parties.
